Dr. Muscarella was co-founder of Buffalo ENT Specialists, LLP. Dr. Muscarella is a Clinical Instructor, Department of Otolaryngology Residency program, State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Muscarella is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology in Otorhinolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He was an examiner for the Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology. He is a member of the Buffalo Otolaryngological Society, American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology Head & Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery, and Catholic Medical Partners.
